1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free 5-day shipping within the U.S.


2. How quickly do you process orders?

Orders are processed within 2 business days, not including weekends or holidays.


3. Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is placed, processing starts immediately. Cancellations are not guaranteed — contact us right away.


4. How do I return an item?

Email us at info@dukehudson.shop within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.


5. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Let us know immediately. We’ll assist in replacing the item or filing a claim with the carrier.


6. When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of return approval. Bank processing times may vary.


7. Do you ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes?

No, we currently only ship within the U.S. and do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


8. What happens if my order is delayed or lost?

  • If we haven’t shipped it yet, you may cancel.

  • If the carrier delays or loses it, we’ll help you file a claim.
