1. Shipping Options

We offer free 5-day shipping on all orders across the United States. In some cases, your order may be fulfilled and shipped directly by a third-party supplier managing our inventory.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Order Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, processing begins immediately and cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you have questions about your order or cancellation eligibility, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

5. Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed during processing, you may cancel it for a full refund.
However, shipping carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) are not the responsibility of Duke Hudson.

For delayed shipments, please first check the tracking link or contact the shipping carrier directly.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

Duke Hudson is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us so we can help you file a claim with the shipping provider.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • The TSA restricts certain items from being transported by air in the U.S. If an item in your order falls under those restrictions, we may need to use an alternative shipping method or contact you for further instructions.
